This house was a typical antique cape in need of repairs but the owners had a vision of a Craftsman Home, complete with all the little details that make each Craftsman Style Home unique. Gail presented us with a folder filled with magazine cut outs and asked us to design and build the home of her dreams.

Although we enjoy working with architects and believe their services are invaluable, particularly when the client wants a fixed price proposal, some people, like Gail, are able to envision what the final result will look like without the need for detailed drawings and are willing to work on a Time & Materials basis. We can work from a client’s photos and basic computer drawn plans done in our office or a client’s simple hand drawn sketch, when necessary.
