May 2013 Houzz Review – Additional work since the house remodel included a new porch, some additonal interior work, and handyman work.
I hired daggett Builders to completely restore my 1800 cape on the coast over the winter. I had a firm budget, a plan and a time limit. I was also in PA. I only came up once during the winter. They started in September with a finish date in May. They had my plans. Not only did they finish on time but they adhered to my plans exactly, keeping all the crookedness and the charm of the early house but they replicated the rotted moldings exactly and restored an unexpected delapidated wing within the time limit also. During this time I received videos and photos of the progress and was always asked for opinions and choices. I have never had a better experience. Their work ethic is superb and I came to my house to find it exactly as I had pictured it and wanted it to be.
